ac76 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ac76 platform and all services provided under it. When you register, log in, or use any service on ac76, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms is requested to refrain from using the service. ac76 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

To open an account and use the services on ac76, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The account must be opened in your own name, for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Users may not operate an account as a professional gambler or as part of an organized group or syndicate.

When creating an account on ac76, users must provide a valid phone number or email address along with a secure password. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

• Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, ac76 support must be notified immediately.
• ac76 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.
• ac76 may request identity verification (KYC) when necessary. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Duplicate Account Prohibition

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

ac76 supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The user's identity must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Funds earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5). Withdrawals are not possible if the account balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, automated betting software, or syndicates will be treated as abuse. In such cases, ac76 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

ac76 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions.

ac76's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on the user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. ac76 reserves the right to modify VIP terms or amend the program. Specific details on how cashback is received can be found via live chat.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac76 platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, such as the use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack it.
• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account in the name of a third party.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, ac76 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
